What are your hours?
Lunch runs Monday to Friday, 11:30 am to 4 pm. Dinner starts at 4 pm Monday to Friday. Mojito brunch is Saturday and Sunday, 12 pm to 4 pm.
When is happy hour?
Happy hour is Monday to Saturday, 4 pm to 7 pm. On Sundays it's mojito happy hour all day. Happy hour prices are shown in green on the menu.
Do you take reservations?
Yes. Book a table through Resy, or call us at (301) 326-1063.
Can I order carryout?
Yes. Order online and pick up at La Ventanita, our carryout window, available daily from 4 pm.
Do you deliver?
At lunch we deliver around Silver Spring and Takoma Park from 11:30 am to 4 pm. The minimum order is $50 and a 20% delivery fee applies.
Can I host a party or private event?
Our open-air double bar spills out into a spacious private patio that's perfect for parties and private events. Call or email us to plan yours.
Is there a service charge?
Yes. El Sapo adds a 20% service charge to every check for the security and welfare of our staff.
Can I bring my own wine?
Yes. The corkage fee is $25 per 750 ml bottle.
Do you have vegetarian or vegan dishes?
Yes. At lunch there's a vegan okra and potato casserole, and the toasted coconut ice cream is vegan. Ask your server about other options.
